Triple murder shocks Penal community

Three men were shot dead at a house along Lachoos Road, Penal, early Monday morning.

Dead are 17-year-old Jordan Cudjoe Burke, 22-year-old Ishmael Matthews, and 21-year-old Roberto Samuel Carlos of Corinth Hills, San Fernando.

Police said around 2:56 am, a resident was awakened by loud explosions and went to check a downstairs bedroom, where she found the three men lying motionless.

Officers who responded to the scene saw blood and several spent 9-millimetre shells.

Investigations are ongoing.
