Minister of Infrastructure Development and Housing Submits 14th Integrity Report

Minister of Infrastructure Development and Housing, Julius Espat, is reaffirming his commitment to transparency and accountability in public office.  In a social media post today, Espat announced that he has submitted his fourteenth report to the Integrity Commission in his capacity as Area Representative for the Cayo South Constituency. The submission forms part of the statutory requirement for public officials to declare their assets, income, and liabilities, aimed at promoting openness and good governance.  Espat noted that accountability remains at the core of his service, adding that he is grateful for the continued opportunity to represent his constituents.  The Integrity Commission process is a key mechanism designed to ensure that elected officials remain transparent in their financial dealings.  Espat has long maintained that accountability is a cornerstone of effective leadership, a position he emphasized in a previous interview.

It is unclear how many of the elected officials have also submitted their reports as it is not a practice that has been made public by the Integrity Commission.
