REGGAE GIRLZ’ STORY COMES TO LIFE IN NEW DOCUMENTARY

Jamaica’s trailblazing Reggae Girlz are taking centre stage in a new documentary, titled Reggae Girlz, produced by Red Bull Studios, with Cedella Marley serving as executive producer and curator of the official soundtrack.

The film, which began streaming exclusively on Jolt on August 27, chronicles the team’s journey to the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

Featuring the iconic sounds of Bob Marley’s music, the film captures the Reggae Girlz’ historic achievements on the pitch and follows stars including Bunny Shaw and Konnya Plummer as Jamaica battled international powerhouses, subsequently winning admirers around the world.

The documentary becomes available for purchase on major platforms, including Amazon and YouTube, from October 27.
