PBS Group takes full control of Trinidad Systems Limited

PBS Group, which operates the Xerox distributorship across the Caribbean and Latin America, has completed its acquisition of Trinidad Systems Limited (TSL). The company purchased the remaining 55 per cent stake to assume full ownership of the 47-year-old local technology firm. The deal, first announced as a partnership in 2024, now gives PBS Group total control of TSL, which will continue to operate as a separate entity under its existing brand. Customer contracts, services and support arrangements remain unchanged, the company said.
