Medical Disposables & Supplies Ltd adds industry veteran to board as losses persist

Medical Disposables & Supplies Ltd has appointed veteran pharmaceutical executive Duke Holness to its board as the company works to arrest two consecutive years of net losses. Chief Executive Kurt Boothe said Holness’ experience in profit-and-loss management and regional operations would strengthen board oversight. “MDS is confident that his impact at the board level will translate into the future growth and development of the company,” Boothe said, while declining to comment on speculation of further board changes.
