Zandre Roye and Ryan Lue are in Argentina where they will represent Jamaica at the 10th Latin America Amateur Golf Championship at the Pilar Golf Club in Buenas Aires, from January 16 to 19.
This is Roye’s second time at the championship, while Lue will be making his debut.
Roye is the reigning national champion, while Lue is one the country’s best junior.
Jamaica’s best placement at the championship is 24th, registered by Ian Facey back in 2015.
There are 28 countries and over 100 golfers in the championship this year, with players from Barbados, Bermuda, Puerto Rico, the Cayman Islands and Trinidad and Tobago.
