Fowler-Nembhard, Sterling-Humphrey named Sunshine Girls co-captains

World-rated goal-shooter Jhaniele Fowler-Nembhard and ace defender Shamera Sterling-Humphrey have been named co-captains of Jamaica’s Sunshine Girls for the Horizon Netball Series against England’s Vitality Roses in December. Netball Jamaica announced the 12-member squad, along with three reserves, on Tuesday. The selection marks Fowler-Nembhard’s return to the national team. She last represented Jamaica at the 2023 Netball World Cup.
