Residents of Caye Caulker joined police officers and members of the Belize Coast Guard on Saturday, October twenty-fourth, for a cancer awareness walk. The event brought participants through the village’s streets to raise awareness of cancer and show support for people affected by the disease. Community Policing Officers Corporal Odette Arzu and Police Constable Keeshawn Gallego participated alongside Village Chairlady Seleny Villanueva and other residents. According to the Belize Police Department, the walk was well attended and concluded peacefully.
